Laboratory and Process Analyses

Prior to the realisation of any modernisation, the analysis of the utilised raw materials and of the thermal processes in dryer and kiln is an indispensable decision-making tool. For this purpose, LINGL offers comprehensive process analyses to optimise your production. We determine the current operating point of the plant, specify the required modernisation needs and effects and assist you in the commissioning and product development.
As to the intended modification measures and their effect on the plant, you will be provided with the expected plant parameters. These especially refer to the increase in production capacity, the reduction of energy consumption and emissions as well as the improvement of product quality.
Our range of services moreover includes comprehensive analyses of your raw materials as well as of your semi-finished and finished products. These analyses are carried out in our laboratory and technology centre where the behaviour at preparation and shaping, at drying and firing until grinding is determined.
Our mobile test dryers offer the possibility to determine and optimise the drying conditions at green products directly during production on site. We would be pleased to advise you on this subject.

Cutting Technology

The cutters for wall brick and roof tile production offered by LINGL are characterised by cutting-edge technology. This is impressively proved by our numerous solutions patented to a large extent. When developing new equipment, we focus on increasing the product quality and on improving the user-friendliness at the same time. Thus our cutters are equipped with numerous components for rapid product change, for example.

Automated Production of Wall Elements

The founder of the company, Hans Lingl sen., already had the vision of an automated production of walls and roofs from bricks. His first wall element machines were milestones of the brick production in those days. Based on our years of experience in this field, we offer our customers unique solutions for the production of complete wall and roof systems today. LINGL, however, continues to innovate: our control software ensures the standardised and functional implementation of your building projects with finished building elements from bricks. In doing so, we offer interfaces to leading CAD software packages for architects. Many excellent references speak in our favour – let yourself be convinced.

Grinding Installations

LINGL has realised grinding lines for large-sized plane bricks for more than 20 years and, for around 15 years, we have been manufacturing grinding machines for plane bricks, too. The numerous machines delivered have acquired an excellent reputation as reliable tool with low operating and maintenance costs. Our current product, the grinding machine Turbo II in modular design, grows with the demands of our customers. Numerous patents bear witness of our innovative strength in this field, too.


Conveyor Systems

At LINGL we follow the strategic guideline that all equipment for materials handling shall be made by LINGL. Following this basic rule, we design and manufacture belt conveyors for the transport of raw material in the preparation and shaping areas of the ceramic industry as well as for bulk material in many other industrial sectors.
Our most modern manufacturing equipment around a fully automatic sheet metal grinding centre allows for the fast and cost-effective manufacturing of a modular system consisting of different conveyors made from laser-cut and bended sheet metal.

Kiln Car Cleaning

The fully-automated kiln car cleaning installation of LINGL reduces time and work required for the manual maintenance of the kiln cars. Its design allows the individual and easy adaptation to different kiln car structures. The cleaning installation is equipped with lateral nozzles to extend the lifetime of the kiln labyrinth. Optionally, it can also be equipped with lifting device for the hollow draught blocks. The installation is supplied ready for operation with a cyclone suction filter unit for particle separation extraction filter with the possibility of either choosing a bag filter or a cartridge filter. Filling Installations

Energy efficiency and ecologically correct dealing with our environment are the guidelines for the design of technical developments of the future. Filling installations of LINGL meet this demand and combine sustainability with technical innovation. Stuffed hollow bricks are currently the most modern form of ceramic wall construction material. Combining very low thermal conductivity values with significantly improved sound insulating values, they stand out for their sustainability when being used. The equipment offered by LINGL includes various filling installations for stuffing bricks which mineral granulates, rock and glass wool as well as with foamed plastics which can be integrated in your production line.


Paver Laying Installations

These installations ensure the exact, mechanical laying of brick or paver layers on a surface with the desired laying pattern, in record time and top quality. The system itself consists of individual lines which in a modular manner can be set up or expanded depending on performance requirements. The laying options are almost unlimited. All structures can be laid, a wide range of varying patterns can be programmed and different colours can be mixed. The entire handling of the pavers is realised by vacuum grippers suited for all types and formats of pavers.
